Three Birds House 13

Nestled within the beautiful Australian bushland lies House 13, the latest, largest and most luxurious build to date for talented trio Three Birds Renovations.

We love everything the trio designs!

We are proud to have worked with the The Three Birds Renovations on yet another project, with a beautiful combination of Uniqwa Collections pieces helping to bring this luxe home to life.

Inspired by holiday destinations and design elements from around the world, the purpose of this home was to create a dream sanctuary for the lady of the house, Bonnie's right-hand woman and Three Birds Designer – Louisa.

Immediately, you're welcomed into the home by its grand provincial-style front façade, giving you a first impression of what's to come. Two brick pillars, porcelain checkerboard tiles and sizeable arched window doorways set the tone for the rest of the home.

Grand glass doors open through to two neighbouring lounge rooms, one being the formal lounge, the perfect location for the adults of the house to entertain. The second, joined by a two-way fireplace, is a functional space for Louisa and her whole family to hang out. The centrepiece of this living space features our Fulani Coffee Table, hand-carved from solid munggur wood with a sanded, organic finish. This piece is perfect for the young family; stable, tough and durable for Louisa's two young boys. At the same time bringing style, unique patterns and earthy tones of mungurr wood that add warmth and texture to the room.

When designing this dream home, the dynamic Three Birds team certainly appeased Louisa's love of entertaining, with many different cosy indoor and outdoor spaces for her family and friends to sit, chat and relax in.

This sprawling acreage home comprises four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a mudroom, two office spaces and multiple luxurious yet functional living and dining spaces, including a children's private loft only accessible from their bedroom. The beautiful open-planned home also features a separate pool house. This second dwelling overlooks the tranquil pool area with views over stunning bushland.

The pool house, which doubles as a guest house, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, features a luxurious, hidden bar with concave scalloped detail, a cosy daybed overlooking the nearby green bushland and a beautiful large gas strut window that opens out to bar-seating and every Aussie's favourite entertaining appliance – a BBQ.

Our Malawi Tub Barchair's are the perfect fit for this undercover outdoor bar seating area. Their contemporary contoured silhouette, natural rattan and sturdy reclaimed aged teak frame add to the luxe coastal vibes of the pool house.

Stepping out from the main house, the stunning rear alfresco area offers many different comfortable seating spaces. From the cosy nook featuring our full outdoor Cape Verde Daybed and Akoni Side Table to the casual seating space featuring our two full outdoor Singita Single Seater Sofas, both areas are so beautifully styled and perfect for curling up with a cuppa and a good book.

From the functional design elements to the stunning touches of luxury, you can see that House 13 is a labour of love for all of the girls. Their exquisite attention to detail is visible in every space, designing the relaxed coastal holiday vibe Louisa dreamt of and ultimately creating what they set out to – the ultimate Australian staycation!
