Renowned for their innovative and creative approach to selling high-end real estate across the Gold Coast, the dynamic team at Ray White Burleigh Group had the same approach when styling and designing their new modern office space.
After relocating from a smaller commercial space in Mermaid Beach to the northern fringes of Burleigh, they opted for a fresh look for their renovated 728m2 building, complete with a lush outdoor terrace area and even a staff-only gym space.
Black corporate-style office furniture is the norm when visiting your average real estate office; however, this isn’t the case at their new headquarters. Along with talented interior designer Tracey-Lee Narain from Themba Design Style, Uniqwa worked with the Ray White team to fill the entryway, meeting rooms, boardrooms, bathrooms, and state-of-the-art auction room with a collection of warm & organic Uniqwa pieces.
As you enter Ray White Burleigh Group HQ, you’re greeted by an expansive, textured reception desk, rendered by the team at @__txture__, with our natural-coloured Lyric Pendants beautifully framing the space above.
The one-of-a-kind, modern auction room makes a stunning and everlasting impression, with its ambience radiating a vibrant energy reflected by rich earthy tones and textured materials from the selection of Uniqwa pieces. From the Makenge Hanging Chairs and Brunswick Bar Tables perched atop the raised amphitheatre to the collection of hand-carved munggur wood stools and textural occasional chairs scattered amongst the Vintage Elm Benches, the auction room is the epitome of coastal sophistication, an enticing space for all prospective bidders.
Leading towards the boardroom, our Nagumi Occasional Chairs and Trunk Coffee Table take pride of place, offering visitors a place to sit, relax and peruse the latest real estate magazines.
The team boardroom isn’t just where business happens; it’s a space for ideas and creativity to flow around the oversized, custom hand-rendered boardroom table, with our Indaaba Dining Chairs surrounding it perfectly.
Hidden away, their freshly renovated bathrooms are beautifully complemented by our Uniqwa Nature Weathered Mirrors and Cubungo Stools and are complete with high-end ABI Interiors fixtures and tapware.
Our Amandla and Maluku Dining Tables, Angola and Moya Dining Chairs and Mila & Lyric Pendant Lights exude warmth and texture in the two private meeting spaces, where important leasing documents and contracts are signed, sealed, and delivered.
